Why The Dairy?

Our award-winning team has continually delivered quality results for nearly two decades. From our leafy West Bridgford base close to Nottingham, we’ve handpicked a team of marketing and creative experts with in-depth knowledge across a range of marketing tactics and specialisms.

Our clients find us easy to partner with because we’re people people; always welcoming, always open and always honest. And because we’re full-service, clients regularly deploy us on a monthly retainer to work across some or all of their marketing tactics – from content marketing and digital, to design, branding and strategy. Alternatively, some choose to work with us ad-hoc on specific projects or campaigns. Imagination is the only limitation to how we collaborate.

Meet our team


Managing Director

CIM qualified with the expertise to inject marketing strategy and planning knowhow into a range of client projects. Previous roles include account management positions for a number of reputable agencies in Nottingham, Leicester and London prior to forming The Dairy in 2002.


Financial Director

Following a 30+ year career in the banking world, Caroline now looks after the company’s finances - making sure we’re on top of our numbers to ensure a bright and prosperous future for the agency.


Account Director

As an Account Director, Tom is the dedicated point of contact for client liaison. He focuses on marketing strategy and implementation for his clients, whilst producing written content across both print and digital platforms. Tom brings in-house and agency experience in account management for a wide range of B2B and B2C clients, specialising in marketing strategy, PR, copywriting and content creation.


Creative Director

Chris brings a wealth of design experience both in agency-based and client-side roles. He is adept at delivering creative solutions to a wide range of industries and audiences. He leads on a number of print and digital based design projects here at The Dairy. Chris’ attention to detail and adaptability makes him an integral part of the studio team.


Account Manager

As an Account Manager, Emily is responsible for providing a high-end service to many of The Dairy's clients. Emily brings a wealth of strategic, content and digital marketing expertise to the team, delivering on carefully crafted brand strategies in order to tell stories that truly resonate with target audiences.


Graphic Designer

Mitch brings traditional and digital illustration and design skills to our studio, working on client projects across a wide gamut of industries. After graduating from the University of Lincoln in 2015, Mitch worked as part of an in-house design team creating B2C collateral and digital artwork for every stage of a customer’s journey before joining the Dairy.


Digital Strategist

Claudia specialises in digital marketing communications including social media planning, content and strategy. Claudia is our resident expert in all things digital - especially the changing world of social media - as well as PPC campaigns, web and SEO. She also provides valuable support to account handlers with her project management and content creation expertise.


Digital Marketing Apprentice

As our Digital Marketing Apprentice, Elise supports Claudia with successful digital implementation for our broad client base. Elise is currently completing her Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship and brings a wealth of previous agency experience - including creating and sharing social and web content, developing marketing strategies and editing video content.
