GVC is one of the world’s largest sports-betting and gaming groups and we were approached to create a suite of materials for its new internal Onboarding Management Programme. GVC needed a consistent and attractive way of developing managers through its employer brand, so we worked with its Nottingham and London teams to produce engaging and educational digital, printed and video content.
Once we’d agreed a project timeline, our studio began creating the materials including interactive documents for managers to track their progress, learning modules, an illustrated road map and infographics to showcase key facts and figures within the group. We also produced video interviews with key internal stakeholders from across the organisation to introduce the brand and explain the importance of investing in staff. We have a great working relationship with the team and we’re delighted to have partnered on a number of further global projects.
From hand crafted illustrations and character-led stories, to process charts, classroom learning materials, roadmaps and branded booklets and forms, the onboard management programme required us to fully utilise the expertise of our studio.
