Dragonfly Homes builds contemporary and elegant homes in attractive locations within the heart of Derbyshire. We were approached by the team to provide a full-service marketing offering in order to effectively communicate the brand to its target audiences. As a new builder within the marketplace, the team identified the need for an agency to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
We first defined Dragonfly’s target audiences and how it needed to position itself within the marketplace. We then set to work creating a marketing plan which would outline its marketing activities going forward. Tactics identified included email marketing, on-site events, radio, PR and both organic social media and PPC. We were also commissioned to design and build a new Dragonfly Homes website to improve the site’s UX and UI while making it scalable for the addition of further new housing developments in the future.
