About the role

You’ll collaborate closely with our hard-working and passionate design studio and account managers within a fast-paced, high energy environment in order to create exciting websites for our wide range of clients. The majority of your work will be creating bespoke WordPress brochure websites as well as day-to-day maintenance, bug fixes and additional development to existing sites.

You will need to be able to work to strict deadlines and successfully communicate with the wider Dairy team on a daily basis in order to consistently deliver exciting creative projects both on time and within budget. Our flexible working environment means you can either work remotely or from our West Bridgford office. 


Requirements for the successful candidate will be:

  • 2+ years of industry experience
  • 2:1 university degree or higher
  • Knowledge of and experience with:
    • WordPress CMS
    • PHP
    • Javascript, jQuery & AJAX
    • HTML5
    • CSS
    • SQL
    • Knowledge of SSL/TLS
    • SASS (or LESS, but SASS is preferred)
    • Gulp (PrePros accepted)
    • ACF Pro (relationship & post object experience)
    • Panel & server management
    • Website migration
    • WooCommerce



  • Experience with API integration & development
  • Experience with GIT versioning & deployment
  • Practical experience in Google analytics
  • Understanding/experience of SEO
  • UI/UX skills
  • Knowledge of other CMSs (I.E. Magento, Craft)
