Position: Account Manager

Location: West Bridgford, Nottingham – office-based

Hours: 37.5 per week

Annual salary: £29,000 – £30,000

We’re a Nottingham-based fully integrated creative agency renowned for building powerful brand experiences. Our team partners with an exciting portfolio of UK and overseas brands within the leisure, tourism, construction, manufacturing, sport and charitable sectors.

With exciting plans in place to grow the agency further over the coming years, we’re now on the lookout for an ambitious Account Manager to join our team and work in partnership with our high-profile client base. We’re seeking a passionate and friendly individual who can deliver customer-oriented strategies built on creative storytelling.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two-to-three years’ experience working within a marketing role, with this position seeing you take on significant responsibility including; setting brand strategies, forming and maintaining client-agency relationships, delivering proactive creative solutions for brands and supporting the agency’s new business development.

What we’re looking for:

  • Ability to set, deliver and optimise user-centric brand strategies
  • Confidence with managing creative projects from ideation to launch
  • Ability to build and maintain an effective client-agency rapport
  • Ability to effectively manage your own time in order to meet project deadlines
  • Confidence with budgeting and managing the administrative and logistical aspects of client accounts
  • Ability to inject creativity into projects with proactive and fresh ideas
  • Strong collaboration skills, using clear written and verbal communication to brief work into relevant agency departments
  • Willingness to support new business development alongside the senior leadership team – including participating in pitches and prospect meetings

A Few Desirable Skills:

  • Experience or awareness of web and SEO processes
  • Competency with creative writing
  • Ability to lead client scoping sessions and workshops and deliver client training
