BRIEF
Feedback Medical is a London-based med-tech company creating digital platforms designed to connect clinicians and drive better, faster and safer patient outcomes. The business required a new identity for its complex brand architecture, a high performance website with streamlined user journeys to maximise digital conversions, and other creative support including exhibition design, print, animation and social content.

SOLUTION
Following a successful branding project, the client required our support once again, merging three brand websites into one user-centric digital platform. We began the process with a thorough discovery and immersion session with key stakeholders within the organisation. After identifying goals, objectives and touchpoints and creating defined user profiles, we commenced the complicated task of organising content into a succinct information architecture.
The site was built on a scalable WordPress platform prioritising the user journeys of clinicians and future investors, whilst optimising digital conversions. The interface reflected the clean, technology-driven identity of the recent rebrand project and delivered an experience which is informative, innovative and easy to navigate. Infographics, animated assets, dynamic tables and bold photography were used to increase user interaction.
Following the build, the company has seen a notable increase in engagement as well as an uplift in digitally generated sales leads.
