Social Media Planning

Lindens Health and Nutrition is an Osset-based UK manufacturer of dietary supplements. The Dairy began its working relationship with Lindens in early 2016.


As part of its overall marketing strategy, Lindens needed a social media presence across Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin and Pinterest to boost both brand and product awareness..

Our earlier re-brand of Lindens transferred to social media – ensuring a consistent brand message. We crafted a portfolio of social media messages to share across each platform, ranging from product focused content, to seasonal material and B2B information that would resonate with people in the industry.

 

Initial research was required from us to ensure Lindens was following and interacting with relevant accounts on Twitter and Facebook – such as publications, journalists, industry specific accounts and health/wellness bloggers. All content for Twitter, Linkedin and Facebook was planned out and scheduled in advance, tailored to specific marketing campaigns. 

Relevant hashtags and messages were key, tapping into newsworthy stories at the time. We were required to be reactive as well as proactive in our approach, monitoring the channels daily and sharing the latest industry news as it broke.

 

The Lindens social media channels remain as one of our landmark digital projects, launching a brand into social media from scratch and establishing a clear approach to how the business operates in this arena.


We handed over control of the channels to the Lindens team in January 2017.
